There's no listing for Stone Cold Magic Magazine in the magazine rack here on the Caffeine (Oh, the INJUSTICE!), so I'll just have to post this here.
The online magazine which promises Killer Magic, Killer Advice, Killer Paper Cuts, has been promising Killer Kontest Koniptions since the July issue has been out. Useful comments (not like this wasteful post) to the articles count towards a great big ol' grand prize of free Stone Cold Magic for life. Now that doesn't say whether it's your life, Jeff's life, the life of the magazine, or the life of an African fruit fly, so don't get your hopes up on an eternal subscription. Besides, in eternity, who's going to have time to wait for an internet connection and besides which, all the Microsoft people will be in the OTHER place. So get your furry little paws typing over to http://stonecoldmagicmagazine.com/ and read Jeffty's imperishable stuff, even if way too much of it has to do with cards and snot. We promise you it's an experience you'll remember for as long as you're able. *jeep! --Grandpa Chet

Um . . . thank you? I think Chet was complimenting my site, but I'm not entirely sure. For those who are confused by Chet's low-blood-sugar-induced post, Stone Cold Magic Magazine is a free monthly magazine. Each monthly column covers various aspects of our craft:
No Stone Left Unturned discusses the business side of magic with great tips on marketing, getting clients, accounting for magicians, etc Roots and Branches is all about building a foundation based on simple principles and branching out your magic to make it your own. Pillars of Stone is a random topic, often written by guest contributors. Topics have ranged anywhere from how to keep a magic journal to interviews of other magicians to free tricks. Free Monthly Magic Each month, free magic various contributors . . . David Acer, Jay Sankey, Harry Lorrayne, Brad Gordon, Cameron Francis, Donny Orbit, and more. That's only 4 of the 7 monthly columns. It's 100% free guys . . . click on the link in my signature to sign up. The contest Chet is referring to ends tomorrow, and is to see who can make the most replies to the articles. The winner gets free Stone Cold Magic products for life. Thanks! |
