Don't know any in Canada but http://www.balloonmerchant.com has the cheapest prices.. Joe the owner opened shop in 1965 and is the best in customer service on top of that!

Not a single supplier has cheaper prices.

Also, his customer service is top notch!

Contact Qualtex (aka Pioneer Balloon Company) directly...

Pioneer Balloon Canada Ltd.
905-560-6534
In Canada, 1-800-263-6861
glorya@pioneerballoon.com

I am sure they will not sell directly, but they should be able to provide you with a list of their distributors.

Try searching online for a magic shop, novelty shop or party supply store in your area.

Here is one:

If I knew what city you were in I would probably find one near you.

Call the following to see if they have the kind you want:

Remember that is a different country from the one you listed above. It is the average price to Canada. If the difference of $5 for 100 balloons is a big difference, just charge an extra $5 to one of your customers. And do not forget the extra charge for shipping and handling from a different country.

That's because they are selling retail, not wholesale. You need to find a wholesale distributor. Like I said before, contact Pioneer in Canada and they will tell you. If that does not work let me know. I know some people ; )

Here's an answer from a fellow Canadian.

Two qualitex balloon suppliers in Canada, with reasonable prices ($6-$7 CAN per bag of 260s -- sometimes you have to buy 10 bags to get those prices -- last time I ordered 10 bags they were $5.95 CAN per bag) are:

http://www.thepartybazaar.com/

http://www.partyempire.com/

Both are based in BC. Because you are ordering in Canada, there is no duty or customs (and no delays because of it being an international order). Just tax and shipping.

However, you have to register with them to buy from them. And it is likely that their prices aren't displayed online, as you pointed out.

I did not have to pay any fee to register with The Party Bazaar (Bazaar and Novelty) many years ago. I order from them a few times a year. I've placed orders and had them the next day (they used a courier instead of Canada Post).

- Donald

P.S. I can buy balloons locally in Victoria at the local magic shop or at the local party / balloon shop. Bags are $14 or $19 CAN, depending on where I shop.
