I used to go to Kanter's in the mid and late 50's. I do have a nut off rope
which may be Brema. It was at 1311 Walnut Street; you had to go past the Latin Casino to get to to shop. I got a few new and used books at a great price. He had a bookcase on the right as you came in the front door. I got Greater Magic for $5. I went to the shop once after it moved but it wasn't the same. |

Bladeswitch,
I might can help you in the books department. Rattle my cage after Christmas and I'll brave the attic stacks. It seems that there is one that is about 8 1/2x 11 that has a yellow cover with red type. Does that sound familiar? Bob Sanders Magic By Sander |
