My wife & I do a gospel illusion show, we like to receive feedback from the church or organization that books us. We have a survey sheet with 10 questions (ie: what was your favorite illusion? What message did you like best? etc.) We provide them with a S.A.S.E for their convience. We give this to the person who booked us or the contact person at the show as we are packing up. We tell them that their opinions are important to us & the survey helps to improve our show. The problem is that we never get the surveys back! I also send a thank you after the show thanking them in advance for their feedback. Still nothing!
I thought of putting the survey on our website to see if that would work better. We really want the feedback in "writing". After the show people always come up to us & say how much they enjoyed the show etc. But to get written feedback is like pulling teeth! Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks Mark

If you go through the free 7-day training course on getmorecorporategigs.com, you'll find one of the lessons focuses on this subject. The advice here changed the way I ask for feedback, and increased my response rate significantly.
