Hi everyone,
I have always had an interest in magic every since I was very young. I use to perform magic shows when I was in junior high ('cups and balls' routines, linking rings, 'vanishing coke bottle' etc.). Presently, I have a little hobby of putting together card trick ideas and inventing my own. I would like to leave a video link to a Interactive card trick I've been developing for a while - I actually just revised it from an earlier post on this forum. I've shortened it slightly so it is not as long and drawn out as my previous version. Please leave any input you might have. I am always open for more improvement. Thank you, enjoy... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4XksZAKqeKM |

Welcome to the Café' I hope you enjoy this incredible resource. However, just so you know this is the incorrect area to post this link. You would get more traffic to your link in another area. And not in trouble by the moderator. :o)

Cool! Calibus. Nice job. As a fultime performer its good to be "fooled" once in a while I enjoyed being part of your audience. Will you be posting more of your creations?

Calibus,
Welcome to the Magic Café. Your routine is a combination of an idea in a Harry Lorayne trick named "The Stop Trick." In that routine , the deck need not be cut near the center, and the spectators can choose to have from 4 to 6 (7?) piles dealt. It has a very different, but powerful, ending. Your routine ends with a variation of Jim Steinmeyer's 9 Card Trick. Unlike the previous routine by Harry Lorayne, and like your routine the 9 card trick can also be demonstrated with a live performer on the video. Nice routine.
Humans make life so interesting. Do you know that in a universe so full of wonders, they have managed to create boredom. Quite astonishing.
