A bag to foulard can be sewn if you are familiar with a sewing machine. I used some foulards from a womens fashion shop. The led´s must be soldered to flexible wire, the fixed wires at the led must be cut off as short as possible. The led´s must also be fastened to the fabric. As a battery I would recommend a 9 volt battery. Several led´s should be wire in line, if you need more several lines should be wired in parallel.

To my disappointment, I went to Walmart today hoping to stock up on a bargain with the seed lights for this type effect. They were sold out. I hope your luck is better. You can find them at craft stores such as Michael's. You might have to redoe the battery setup as two D batteries are going to be very heavy. But it sounds like you are going to rewire them anyway.

I do believe that Juan Mayoral was at the 2008 Daytona convention, and at that time Daytona started to carry the foulard.
I do not see the "magic" in it, it is however, a great eye appeal and you get a reaction. Nor do I see the "magic" in d'lites. Other than a deer in a headlight mesmerized by light. But, the popularity has been there. Do people actually say "how does he do that?" It is, I suppose as magical as a silk that says "The end". The magic is in the production. Neat gadgetry.
