I currently have a 3 ring, 10" Klamm set but would like to upgrade to a 12" light hollow set. I don't need the best that is made. Any suggestions? Does anyone sell individual rings like this? Thanks

Currently, Owen Magic only sells stainless steel hollow rings. They are very expensive.
The cheap import from India you see on the Internet for a set of 3 are junk. They have the magnetic locking ring. They are made of aluminum. The local magic store has a set they cannot sell. Someone tried to open the locking ring and found out it was not the key ring. They pull apart and cannot withstand much rough handling. Lastly, they are a very dull finish on them. Why do you think you need a hollow set? I really see no advantage to using a hollow set of rings over the solid steel rings. |

Proline rings are hollow, good quality and not too expensive... not real heavy either.
I like them. Some rings I've seen, as wm pointed out above, are so horrible, it's disgusting.

Bill, I guess I don't need hollow, but I want something thicker so it's more visible yet light weight. My thin 10" solid Klamm set are pretty heavy.
Frank, I found the Proline site, but it looks like they only sell full 8 ring sets. I just want three rings, and I don't think I want a locking key, but I have never held a magnetic key ring. I don't like my Quantam Q ring. |

A standard key ring is available from Proline. Email Cliff and ask if he'll sell you singles. His email address is cewiggs@msn.com
Some moves are better with a light weight, and some moves are better with a heavier weight. You may have to adjust your routine.

Hi Markis,
I have about 6 sets of the remaining Limited Edition Redefine Pro Rings in stock. They are 12 inch stainless steel hollow rings, 3/8 thick. Some say it is similar to the Owens from a few feet away. You can read more about the Redefine Rings from the Café. Check it out at http://www.redefinemagic.com Cheers! Jeremy PS: I stock individual rings for some magicians who need extra singles in their routine. |

I think proline will give you whatever you want. I ordered a 2-ring set.

Not to beat this dead horse....but does anyone know how much of a difference in weight there is between the hollow stainless steel and the hollow aluminum?

If you can find them still Suds linking rings are good. They are strong but yet light weight. I have had mine for almost 15 years.
