Here's the challenge:
I would like to know if there is a way to print a full sheet of business cards each with different text/symbols. I know you can do this with labels if you have a list of addresses. For instance, if I wanted a sheet of symbols, could I treat each one as an address in a word processing program, then insert the business card stock instead of labels? The idea is that I'd like to print off the group of symbols found in "13 Steps." Thanks! |

Dean - There are numerous ways to accomplish what you want. I happen to use CorelDraw and Photoshop. However, if you are using a word processing program (as I have done in the past), I believe you can simply go into your "label" setup, designate the Avery number for the card stock you are using (presuming you are using the ever available Avery product) and the card parameters can then be used in your word processing program. I don't believe you want to use an "address label" parameter as the size won't fit your business card stock.
In your printer, I urge you to make sure you change the paper stock/type to a heavier one so that the printer handles the feed correctly. If you keep it set for labels (normal paper stock depth), you might have some challenges. Good luck on your project. - Scott |

I use MS Word:
Go to Tools. Envelopes and Mailings, then Envelopes and Labels Select the label/card type you are using, make sure you have full page of labels selected, then click new document. What you have done is create a page (in the case of Avery 3612 business cards) with 8 business card templates, each can be independently created. Tony |

All the methods sound good. Work a lot in MSWord so I got started using Tony's directions. Thanks!
