I'm looking to add a silk vanish to my street act and was wondering what the biggest sized silk is that can be vanished into a standard thumb tip?

I think if you go more than 6mm 12" silk you will have trouble. You might be able to go with a diamond silk which would look bigger.

In a square 5 momme silk, the 9" size is about it. However, the 12" diamond cut looks like an 18" square and most guys can vanish it. The size and shape of the human thumb is significant!

If you will look at Tony Slydini for handling of a cigarette and then apply that to a dye tube, your options will increase greatly.
