Hi I have been a member since 2003 but I have never posted! Well I thought I would start getting more involved here. I am 35 years old and originally from Victoria BC, Canada. I moved to Japan in 2006. I started magic when I was about 10 years old and mentored under Tony Eng. I have had a great opportunity to perform at various different places in Canada and here in Japan. I perform close-up and stage magic. I look forward to meeting many of you here on the magic Café!

Hi Aaron,
Welcome to the Café. I can't believe you joined in 2003 and this is your first post..and I thought I was a procrastinator! I too joined in 2003 and always thought I don't have a high post count as some. You'll find lots of friends you know here at the Café. You and I have crossed paths many times as I was a former member of the VMC and we've both attended the same conventions over the years. You may not recognize my nic but perhaps my face looks familiar. Nice to see you here and hope you join in the conversations. Cheers! |

Greeting Aaron. Is Japan still Mark Wilson crazy? I was stationed in Japan in military back in 90's...saw Mark Wilson products in all the department stores, toy shops, etc. Then I had pleasure of meeting Mr. Wilson a few years back...he talked about how he still played Japan and how his son was doing quite well over there.

I haven't seen his products for a while in my area. Maybe in Tokyo and bigger city shops they may still be carried. But not sure.
