I don't know where else to post this so I hope this is acceptable here. I have always believed that it is important to hold merchants and providers of services accountable for their behavior. Most people (myself included) do this by whining and complaining about bad experiences.
What many of us often forget to do (especially myself) is to be as diligent and forceful in our praise of a job well-done! In that regard, I want to express my appreciation of the customer service provided by Leann Dyer of L & L Publishing. The details are not important. What is important is that I had a beef and she quickly, graciously and professionally addressed my complaint. Thank you Leann and thank you L & L for employing folks like Leann. (Please note: I have neither professional nor personal connections with L & L or any of its employees. My only interactions with L & L have been as a customer.) Angelo |

I have spoken with Leann, many times over the phone. And she is a 'sweetie'. Sixten |

Good evening Angelo.
So true. We often hear about bad experiences and rarely hear about good ones. It isn't about if something went wrong, because they will, it's about how people deal with it. Some company's have a great rep for making things right. . I've never had a bad experience with L&L and for that matter any other company that wasn't dealt with in a professional manner. Well there was one but I won't go there. In the end it was dealt with. From what I've read on the Café, I must be very lucky.

Leann Dyer is wonderful. And, she is the best audience member. She's in the back, but she is genuinely entertained and excited about the magic. I wish they would give her a seat up front ( as they did with the Michael Finney shoot ).
