Are there any videos out there of a silk routine using a hank ball, e.g YouTube, etc.? I looked but could not find. I'm tempted on purchasing one along with the Laflin DVD, but I would like to see an actual routine using this before I do.

Markis, I have been thinking along those same lines. I was going to suggest Duane's video, but I see you are aware of it. I am looking into a way to do some larger silk productions, and I'm wondering if the hank ball might work for me.
I have heard that Vito Lupo has a great silk production, so I may try to find a source for it. Regan

Right, I’ve seen snippets of a vanish and reproduction using an HB, but I’d like to see an actual routine somewhere if it exists.

My hope would be that if you ever saw a video of someone using a hank ball, you wouldn't know they were using a hank ball.

For large sized silks, Jack Chanin's Grand Finale is a good source.
I assume you want to this without apparatus. Richard

Get the Laflin DVD on the hank ball as he has came up with different handling of the hank ball that greatly enlarges the ways that you can use it.
Or get his Silken Sequences DVD as it shows several different routines combining the Hank Ball, Palmo, and TTs to create an entire act with silks. Any of the Laflin DVDs about the Palmo, Hank Ball and the Silken Sequences are a MUST buy if you enjoy silk magic. I recommend them highly.
Be remembered for performing what looks like MAGIC, not skill.
