Is there any material that teaches regurgitation? If it is legit it would seem like in learning it one would accidentally swallow items yes? Does it go into the stomach or just held in the throat? Is it similar to swallowing water and regurgitating it back in streams? Very curious technique!

Hi only just saw this I don't no anyone that teaches it there only a handful of people I no that can do this for real.

As far as I know it's a practice created by Yogis. A friend of mine who knows it learned it during an extended trip through southeast Asia.
So I would say look for yogis and monks who teach.
