Is this available? Am I missing it?

When you log on to the Café, look at mugs on the left side. If they are red, there are new posts in that forum since your last visit. Click on the forum and look for the red mugs again. These will be the forums with new posts.

The longer way to do this is to look at the dates on the right side of the forums. If you know when you were here last, you can go to forums with posts after that date but you'd have to scroll through the entire Café to find them all.

If you start a topic, there is a check box under the message window that by checking, will send you an email whenever someone posts to your topic. This is only available if you start the topic however.
