I couldn't find anything through Google. In fact I typed in national straitjacket day and our old friend David Straitjacket's website popped up. Is there a national escape day? Actually I guess that's WEAR isn't it. I didn't realise but there's a day for just about everything! I love pointless things like this though. Life's far too serious most of the time. So on that note... Happy Handcuff Day everyone!
