Quick question guys, hopefully you can help me out. I have an idea to do something in the office. Wondering if someone can point me in a good source for a method to make a small fruit (the size of an apple) disappear.
Thank you |

How is your sleight of hand? Can you make a billiard ball disappear?

Disregard the actual fruit =P
I'm basically looking for source to learn how to make such objects like a billiard ball disappear (using sleight of hand) |

Ray Kosby has a great effect where an apple changes color. You can find that on his exceptional DVD Ray Kosby's Impossible Close-Up Magic.

You could do a billiard ball vanish.
Or for a complete vanish, you can either ditch it in your side pockets if your pants have them. Or use a topit. |

Do a Top-of-Fist vanish like this:

Here is an example of a vanishing apple for you to study:
First vanish is simply a false transfer. Second vanish is the Silent Mora Wand Spin Vanish also called Vernon's Wand Spin Vanish. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9xYbIqVoQvM As with all sleight of hand, this will take practice, practice, practice! Metatron |

Greg Wilson on the spot Jay Sankey anytime anywhere the others I thought of were Lennart Green green magic he produces a bottle and Bill Malone on the loose does a lemon with the signed card inside I've tried and it seemed to go over really well. Hope this helps Sean.

Is it too late to suggest the Gallagher method making fruit disappear? (aka "The Sledge-a-matic")
Of course the "restore" part is a little messy.....
...what if I could read your mind?

If its a small enough apple you could just palm it off and ditch it in your pocket while you draw attention to your other hand like a billiard ball vanish
