Seems that the heart beating only 49 times per minute is not a good thing. Consequently I am off to give a few members of the AMA something to do today.

It's better than an irregular heart beat of 180 and in a-fib.

UPDATE:
Had a stress test and echo-cardiogram today. Unfortunately, the results were inconclusive. Once I am off the coumaden there is a heart cath on the horizon.

Had a heart cath done on 8th. Still no clue to the slow heart rate (which the cardiologist isn't all that concerned about), but at least the coronary arteries are clear
