I only do magic for family or friends once in awhile. It's just a great hobby that I have loved since I was a kid when I got a trick deck. I have so much fun doing this trick and have used it at house parties, or whenever kids are over, so I thought I'd post about it.
It's a marketed trick from Hampton Ridge and magic shops carry them. It's on Hoyle stock, which is not an issue for me, but it may be for some that are performers. But, no one at my house ever commented on the brand. Once you have it, you could easily make one out of any brand. I never bothered. The trick plays exactly as written below. You only really need a double lift, and you have a stunning trick. I keep the 'measles' card rubber banded on the outside of the box, and say "I had to quarantine this card because it caught card measles". Then I go into the trick. If you can palm a card, you can have the deck examined and trust me, they will want to see the deck. I'm not a sleight of hand person, but I can palm the card away for this trick. The Trick: After taking a card with the measles out of his pocket, the magician causes an entire pack of cards, at first one-by-one, then suddenly all at once, to also get the measles! A contagious, easy-to-perform effect great for audiences of any age. Comes complete with specially-printed deck on Hoyle stock and detailed instructions.

Funny you should mention Jay's Measles deck, as I was going through my Sankey DVD's recently, (of which I have a truck load.)
Anyway, I ran across Jays' video instruction for this effect. It looked really good, and it's at the top of my list to make up the gimmick and start doing this effect. As always, Sankey's stuff is visual as you can ask for.

Taking the advice of Magic Café user WR <https://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/bb_profile.php?mode=view&user=1396> I created a template by punching holes into a playing card so that all the holes would be uniform (it helps my O.C.D lol). Using a standard sharpie I circled then colored each hole on each card back (including jokers). I purposefully left the center of the cards mostly blank because I also created an invisible deck with the same template. I was able to create both measles/covid-19 decks in the time it took me to re-watch Jay Sankeys 1999 videotape. ...now to figure out how to demonstrate how social distancing and hand washing helps minimize the spread? Maybe a deck switch as I go to my pocket for a small tube of hand sanitizer?
