Today was a fine start to the Memorial Weekend! It didn't rain. It wasn't too hot or muggy. So I was able to head out to my Sat. morning pitch and busk away! It was a fine day and again so much fun!
My family came with me this time so I was finally able to get some pictures (not too many - I really need someone who knows how to take photos and is willing to hangout taking pictures): http://picasaweb.google.com/eddierush/Re......85170114 She took some video but they turned out rotated (90 degrees). I will post the videos after I rotate the videos - the right way.

Thanks ttorres,
I wish I got more ... like when I did the swallowing balloon routine. It was the first time my wife saw me do it. She said that she was partly in awe and partly disturbed when she saw me performing it and thus didn't get any pictures of that routine. Next time. --- Thanks imgic, I'm a hippie, at heart. --- Thanks Paddy, It was an old case sitting at Barry's Magic Shop (Rockville, MD). It was used so he sold it to me cheap. I'm going to sand it down and paint it to match my style. It carries everything I need for a full day of shows ... and then some

The case is an old Abbotts night club table case made in or around the 70s. I have one just like it and it is a very good table except that it is a little short for me. It has lasted many a year and through hundreds of shows and I love it. I have been told that it is a beginners table by some but that is silly. It has the motif of the magicians hat and gloves on the front making it appear to some as rather cartoonish but again, that is a preference thing. The original table also comes with a display shelf. Keep and use that table for as long as you can. It is a great buskers table and having a servante attachment is a piece of cake as well.

I love the hat! Not everyone could carry off that hat!

Thanks amazing eric - I like learning the history of the items I use. I feel a part of history. It's now my performance table of choice - street or stage.
Thanks ed rhodes - The hat is organic ... it keeps evolving. Silver sun and moon buttons are my newest additions.
