On page 92 of Volume II of the Books of Wonder, Tommy Wonder describes using billiard ball loads and a method he developed to keep them from talking. I recently acquired two "billiard" balls from the Tommy Wonder estate that he made for that purpose. I took photos and thought I would share them with Café members.

In the second image, you can see the insert in the second ball that I'm holding in my hand. The third image shows one of the balls in a RNT2 Foxy III cup. Tommy Wonder's creation cuts the talking by 90%+. However, you can pick up the balls and bang the two inserts together and they sound absolutely like real billiard balls. I'm a long time fan of Tommy Wonder's work and creative thought process. It's really pretty cool to be holding some of his work in my hands.
