Has Garrett Thomas' column ended?

NO, Garrett will be back BUT we want to develop more columns so theres
1) less pressure on the guys to come up with good stuff plus Garrett was working on a new project. 2) Maybe someday we go to 12 issues a year....for that to happen we need quality content..... Garrett will be back next issue along with Jon Armstrong |

Good to hear about Garrett. I love the focus of his column.
He's a good one, don't let him go. As far as content goes, how about a feature that showcases new or interesting acts from around the world. A video magazine is perfect for doing that very thing. I'd also love to see more international performers featured in order to get a broader perspective on our art. Just a thought.

Mark Mason's story about the airplane and the midget was absolutely hilarious. I laughed so hard I was literally crying from laughter.
My wife heard me laughing so hard that she came down stairs to see what was so funny. I let her watch it and she too had a great laugh. She remarked that she hadn't seen me laugh that hard in a long time. I'm still laughing.(lol) @Koz. Did you ever get your $50 back? (lol)

Just got mine and watched most of it immediately. Brilliant as usual. Yes Mark was great and I laughed hard during the backlot tour story with Wayne Dobson.

Koz, you have a winning item in this video mag. I love the written magazines but I have to say I think I really enjoy the video aspect a bit more. All the Best and always looking forward to the next issue. You the Man!!

This was another priceless edition, congrats. Especially like the Gary Kurtz routine & that vanish of a card he shows is very nice.

Koz,
The .pdf files AND the downloadable video are awesome bonus features. On what issue did you start having .pdf files and on what issue did you start having downloadable videos? I downloaded the issue #17 video to my Zune. I now have to try to figure out if I can (and how to) download these Reel Magic DVD .pdfs and videos to my new T-Mobile Samsung Vivrant (Android system) cell phone. (For a technically challenged non-geek, this endeavor may prove interesting.) That said, Kudos to you, Koz. These Reel Magic DVDs are so interesting and "cutting edge" that I am almost at the point of going "all in" and subscribing. Mike P.S. I only have played these Reel Magic DVDs in my computer. Are they designed to also be playable in a set box DVD player?
Magic is a vanishing Art.
