It looks and READS just like the appearing pole and ladder that is already being sold. I did a gig for Cameral cigarettes once and bought an appearing 3 foot cigarette.
You will not be able to hand them the wand because they will find the answer. Ray |

YEP… I know it is unthinkable… but just think… You will soon be able to do all of the above! This is a brand new release it is unlike any other concept in Magic… It has no coils or springs! When you hand it to them… they have in there hands a solid Sorcerer’s Scepter. It is rigid and solid, collapsing, shrinking and growing seem beyond impossible!" Regards, Steve

Well, without tipping the gaff too vigorously I think I can safely say that you can, technically, hand them the staff if you guide them to hold it... like a staff with one end on the ground and holding pretty tight near the top.
There *are* things which would tip the gaff to a fairly keen eyed observer if he was holding it, mind you... I used one of these in my act when I could not use my 10 foot pole - wound up using it as a sort of improvised hat stand (at least it gave me an excuse for carrying it around?)... it held up pretty well, and to be honest you could easily eschew the growing/shrinking part as being a bit too much lily-gilding and make it simply an appearing 4' staff with a knob on the end... |
