What sets have a sliding, locking ] ??
Is this a slippery sam that locks so that it is easy to show the coin? If it locks how do you unlock it to show two coins? I'm unfamiliar with how a ] can be sliding and locking at same time. What sets have this gaff?

I think I found the answer to what it is and how it works. And one set that uses a LSS. Any more sets?
I have Digital Dissolve and it is an SS, not LSS. From other threads I viewed it seems that UWC used a LSS but UWC is no longer available. http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/viewt......rum=3&23

CFWM by Mark Mason has one. I have never used it in any thing other than in his routine, but realize that it is possible.

Hi Jim,
I like CFWM quite a lot. Very visual, very clean, instant reset. You do need to have a little distance between you and your spectators ( I like to be about 5-6 feet away ). If you consider it, be sure to get the Morgan dollar version. The moves are awkward with the half dollar set. It took me a while to be comfortable with the last sequence, but it is now second nature. I remember when I first saw Mark Mason perform CFWM I was blown away. When he told me how much it cost, I was floored.
He then said "It's not for everyone". I thought about how gracious this reply was. Over the course of the next couple of days, I watched Mark perform this over and over again. I was tempted because of how the effect affected me. Doc Eason had a booth right next to Mark's. I looked at Doc and he nodded his head. That's when I knew I should make this purchase. I have never regretted it. Sammy

Agree... Great story. I also love CFWM and, yes, Mark is very gracious!

I had one and sold it. The shell looks good and locks easy. I wasn't sure at first if it locked but I asked Mr. Tango and he told me how to do it and it worked great.
I have a Lassen Locking SS that I use for my U3fly. That..... I didn't sell. I also have a CWFM that I love but don't use it as much as I would like to. TC |

I was told by Mr tango that tango flying coins works with a slippery shell.
So is that the same thing? Maybe I am getting slightly confused..... |

Hi all,
This is very interesting topic as I'm really not sure which one to get. I'm wondering if the "locking" term is refering to "magnet" may be someone who has todd's might be able shine some light. |
