I have used it. Not in every show and not for older children - but I have found it plays quite well for younger children (say 4 - 5 year olds).
Good quality props (but a bit pricey I thought) Mark |

Ive been using Rabbit Rampage and Santas Surprise since they were printed.
My only comment is that the bird looks like a cross between a parrot and a budgie, and so the kids arent sure what to say when I ask them what it is. Ive also had to use a bit of clear tape on the bottom of the cut out to stop it fraying. |

Hi Mike - Thanks for your kind comment.
Rabbit Ramapage is a modern update on a farmyard frolic type of trick but has a big twist to the original at the end. Lots of participation calling out the animal sounds etc and the cheeky rabbit peeking out. It is also big and bright. You say it is expensive but it depends on how you look at it. Pay a good price and have a good quality prop that lasts years or buy cheap and have it fall to bits or even worse you do not use it !!! You will use this a lot in your shows !!! Don't take our word for it, go to our website and see comments left by full time professional entertainers about it including our very own Jimbo. Mark we perform this trick for up to 8 - 9 years birthday shows with no problems. When we are performing school shows they are up to 11 years. We have ALWAYS had good results with the trick, it just depends on how you present the trick. We do not routine it the same way for older children as we do for younger ones. If you have not had a lot of experince with older children then you may need to work on your presentation. Hi Julie, is that coffee still on then It's actually a budgie but most times the children call it a parrot or bird. We just say, yes that's right it is a bird (no matter what they call out) and what noise does a bird make ? - Then on with the routine. It has never been a problem and should not be a problem to experienced entertainers. You should of told us about the faulty rabbit. We can bring one with us at the IBM convention at Eastbourne if you are going. Just let us know, otherwise we'll bring one with us when we see you at Heidi's when we come to Watford : ) Best wishes everyone - Andy & Sue |
