But- I paid you money and have not received ANYTHING yet! You contacted me once and nothing since! How about a little customer service. I have been waiting patiently. I am asking you again- PLEASE respond and give me some direction on why you can't send me the PDF instructions, coupon and free trick I ordered over two weeks ago?
