No I don't perform Pinnacle (yet). Barring that, I want to try to find a patter line to tie the following tricks together:
Crazy Man's Handcuffs Master Link by Chad Sanborn Dan Harlan's Linking Bands Crazy Twist Vanish Snap I usually perform them in this order, but feel free to move them around. - Alex

Its not on his Rubber band magic collection. I learned it from a Mike Ammar video, he credited to Dan Harlan. (Exciting World of Magic -> Linking Headbands)

I'm looking for a good source to learn CMH, is Ammar the guy to learn from?

Ammar's lecture notes on it are pretty useful. Only problem with them is you don't get an understanding of the flow of motion from text. I recommend Harlan's Rubber Band Magic vol 1. I hope this helps.

I believe a combination of Ammar and Harlan but if I had to choose one take Harlan and learn Back together and the disappearing band.
