Quick question. what would be a fair commision rate for a magic demonstrator. It is going to be a very populated location and they have the chance to put up big numbers... I was thinking of doing a commision scale but want it to be fair to me and my demonstrators... Thanks in advance for the tips guys... They will also b gettin a daily wage depending on experience ..
