As some of you may be aware, I have recently purchased and recieved some vintage magic in the mail. However, some of them are missing instructions. I've been able to figure out a few of them, but there's two that I'm still very much lost on. I don't know if it's my place to ask, but may I have some help with the following - Adam's Hindu Cones and The Chinese Ring Illusion (Packet trick)? These two I cannot seem to figure out.
Thank you for your time. |

If you would like, PM me, and let's brainstorm. The Hindu Cones you mention, if you could be a little bit more specific on their appearance, perhaps somebody could help Ahimsa, Vlad |

This is what they look like - http://tinyurl.com/2waq6hl The Hindu cones and the Chinese Ring Illusion are in the bottom left of the picture in the eBay posting. Does that help any?

The Hindu Cones are metal caps used to cover the small pyramid or half ball-like thing. The spectator covers the object and moves the shells around as desired. The magician can locate the hidden object every time.
The Chinese rings are placed on top of a sheet of white paper. When the rings are stacked, a coin or postage stamp or other small flat object can be made to appear. It has also been used in mental magic to allow a spectator to make a prediction based on what they see inside the rings.

Kabanning… Boy did you bring back memories with the picture of the Chinese Prayer Vase; it was of the first tricks I purchased too many years ago. I will look to see if I can find some instructions for you. Spellbinder’s description pretty much says it all.

I guess it somewhat describes whan I'm supposed to do with it. It is just a matter of figuring out how it's done. |

Kabbaning… I thought that I had some original instructions for you regarding the rings… I am sorry but I can’t find them (originally purchased long, long ago). If memory serves me right, I have instructions in an old Blackstone book that I need to find. I will let you know when I have made a PDF for you.

I have sets of instructions for all the ones that you need and I sent you a PM. If you care to you can see a set of the Hindu Cones in the Pocket Magic area of my museum and please browse around as there is plenty to see. Take care, Craig atlantismagic.com
