I have a question for anyone who has one of the Joe Porper Jumping Toothpick Paddles (or hot rods). The advertisements say the paddle locks in place so it can be given out for examination - can it be unlocked easily? Is it something that can be done in strolling situations without privately setting it up each time?
Any help will be appreciated! Ron Reid |
