Kris Marceno was a 15-year-old sophomore at Enloe High School. On Nov. 2, 2008, this young man's light was lost far too soon while playing a deadly and addictive choking game popular among today's teens.

The Foundation promotes understanding and open communication about the choking game amongst youth and adults through educational awareness. Its programs seek to inspire, motivate and empower youth to recognize the hallmarks of this deadly "game" and to Speak Up in order to protect and possibly save the life of an acquaintance, friend, or family member engaging in this dangerous activity.
