Was reading here about purchaseing magic decks at Walmart. I have three walmarts by me and can not find any magic cards, decks, etc. in them. Does anyone know where one would find Magic, decks, cards at a Walmart.
Thanks |

Try a (on line) magic shop, please.
My mind reading routines: http://www.basjongenelen.nl/goocheltrucs/. Scroll a bit down to the English routines.

... or support a local "brick and mortar" magic shop if you have one nearby.
As for Walmart, they may not have anything ready-made magic decks, but you can always pick up a pack (or two or three) of Bicycles and the supplies needed to make them yourself. |

I would think any trick from Walmart is similar to the types of magic tricks they sell up here (NY) in the dollar stores. Not to sound rude at all but take Zebaztian's advice and buy your stuff from a genuine magic dealer. You will help support your craft and have a connection with someone who can offer help.

The only magic items I've seen from Walmart are Cris Angel branded merch. No decks in that line, at least in Walla Walla.

Be better if there isn`t. As others suggested, buy from magic dealers on-line or better yet from a brick and mortar.

I have seen bicycle sven and stripper decks at walmart. They also carried a cheap plastic card case (flap) as well. They came as a set.
I saw the same set also offered at "Chapters" bookstores as well. Cheers. |

Try dollar stores. One nearby (Dollar Tree chain) has Svengali, stripper, marked and mental photography decks (lots of blank faced cards for making packet tricks).

Hey thanks for the information on the Dollar Tree store. I wasn't aware they had the cards.

Yes, great tip on the dollar store. I went to my WalMart for the first time in years and they didn't have much of anything worthwhile.

Try Walgreen's for their great "Stud" Decks. Great for the Faro shuffle and other card manipulations - and cheap.
