I have found some of the Yahoo groups helpful at times, but most of the more helpful people seem to be here anyway.
I think you will find your time spent at the Café, well spent.

There are many groups like this which trade ebooks and pirated dvd's etc. Isn't there anyway to stop this?

I think that the only way to stop this is to make sure no one purchases or trades with these people..

I was a memeber of a card enthusiast group for a time, but I received way to many emails un-related to the topics at hand (such as searching for answers to online quizzes). I eventually cancelled my membership. I think forums are much better than shooting emails back and forth because the moderator has to approve them all (in most cases) so there would be no activity for about a week or two then there would be about 30 emails in my inbox. Basically, I don't like 'em.
