Any tips on loading a card? I'm missing at least 50% in practice.

Yeah kid...it's called more practice!
Now go to Seattle Center, visit the really cool water fountain, climb up that thing and stand in the middle. :) |

Ok
I've never used a palm wallet so I didn't know if it was something you could pick up by practice. Thanks! |

You are not alone. It is not really easy...in fact I do not use the card to wallet feature at all even though I use the wallet often. I wonder if Rinaldi actually uses the loading feature on the Kaps? I wonder if anyone at all does?

I did cut the loading sleeve to more of a point to prevent it from catching.

Right?! Isn't it rather... not easy?
When you say point, do you mean so it point up or down? |

I tried it both ways and then gave up! I have a card to a better location in my set anyway so I did not really press the issue. Maybe I should have made rounded edges now that I think of it! Experiment around some more. Let me know if you do better. In the meantime ...is there ONE person out there who uses the CTW feature in the Kaps?

I have a friend who performs profesionally. He uses this wallet regularly for card to wallet.
He replaced the loading sleeve with one of similiar material, that is longer. This allows for easier loading and an easier reset. I haven't tried it, but he uses it regularly. I just use it as a fire wallet, then pull out some bills and do Extreme Burn. Works great for that sequence.

Perhaps where the wallet is, you clothing, how you hold the card, all could play into your problem.
I learned it and got my original Kaps wallet from Kaps himself, but I didn't use it regularly as I often didn't wear a jacket. So I use a rear hip pocket wallet and I can "bottom cop" a card far better than any other method and the loading is behind my back and is far easier for me. To be honest I wouldn't use a fire wallet either. None are 110%, bulky and a nuisance to keep prepping.

I love using the JOL wallet. Its easy to load &
has pockets for storing a lot of extra items. |

So this is what I did. I taped back the sleeve to the back of the wallet. It serves very well and I'm not missing anymore. I rarely use cash these days so it's working well.

I taped back the sleeve to the back of the wallet.
?? If you taped it, how does it slide down? |
