Now that's dedication and a true love of the sport! I have met a few of these surf guru's that search the world for that perfect wave and they are most definitely a different lot! "Endless Summer" brah!

I surfed for many years and I was NEVER that dedicated(or that good). My friends would pile in my pinto wagon at 6am and we'd hit the local spots, if they were no good, we'd head north and keep on going until the 101 freeway turned inland, way above Santa Barbara. I lived in Ventura.
Life was GOOD. |

Scary waves. I liked Florida....people sit on their board waiting for a wave higher than two feet.
