I own both the bat and the raven, if I had it to do again I would personally only have bought the raven... IMHO the bulk of the bat doesn't out weigh the strength of the effects.

I use the bat and I think it's great. I use it mostly for coinwork but also in my chop cup routine. The most powerful thing I use it for however is stopping a spectator's watch.

I too own the bat, and find it great. I think it is more practical than the raven too.

The raven and the bat are similar in gimmick only. With the Raven you can vanish objects and show your hands completely empty, but there is a certain amount of reset time in order to do it again. With the bat, you can accomplish the same effect, but you aren't as clean, however, there is virtually no reset time associated.

Has anyone got any tips on how to make the Bat make less of a noise when vanishing a coin?
I snap my fingers when the noise happens, but still the noise can be heard. Simon. |

The Bat is a great way to clip a jumbo coin to your back pocket.

I personally prefer the raven, myself. Although, both are quality products. I suggest buying both, and coming to your own conclusion. But to me, the raven is the way to go.

I have both The Bat and The Raven. I like The Bat a lot more. I think it's more practical. It can do a lot more than The Raven, and the set-up is really easy comparing to The Raven. Get The Bat! It's worth the money.

Strap the BAT to your knee under your trousers. The next time you are eating a meal, by pressing your knee up against the underside of the table and moving it, you can cause the knives and forks etc to move.
The table in my house is about 3 inches thick and it works fine. If you place a spoon face down on the table, the bend of the neck acts like a pivot point. You can cause the spoon to start spinning, or stop suddenly. Its a great item.
