Hi Everyone,
I had a major contract this month cancelled at the last second, resulting in half of my Christmas tour disappearing, and thousands of dollars being lost. Due to the need for finances, I'm having to sell off some of my collection, and am working through valuing a few of the items. I have a complete file of almost every magic periodical ever published, (not exaggerating), and a first edition copy of everything from Tarbell to Hoffman to Albo. Unfortunately, I need to sell a few of these items. While I'm assembling a list of the items I'm willing to part with, I thought it'd be somewhat simple to get a current value of the two items I'd like to sell first: 1. A complete file of Genii Magazine, including the rare issue #2 2. A complete Albo book set, from Volume 1 to current, along w/ the "big red brick"/box. Any help would be appreciated. I'm really sad that I have to let go of some of this stuff, but responsibility to my family comes first. I've been screwed enough already in my short number of years on this earth and in this business, and want to determine fair values. Thank you in advance for any help anyone can provide.
