I need a pouch/ or case for 4- 8 coins, prefer a small leather holder that slips on a belt.

What size coins? I do not have my half dollars with me at the moment but I think that they should fit my ZIPPO pouch.
See examples: http://www.zippo.com/Products/Accessorie......s&bhcp=1 Nice thick leather with a solid snap for closing and meets the criteria for clipping onto the belt. |

On the zippo pouch- be careful, because the tannin in the leather WILL tarnish or even corrode silver coins over time. A satin lining is essential for leather coin purses.

Gaddy,
I agree that the coins will tarnish over time but if one is using a leather pouch for carrying the coins for performance and not just storage, the tanning of the leather will not contribute to a quicker tarnishing, the oils in our skin aslo tarnish the true silver coins. |

CASE LOGIC available at Staples. Eric Jones and others also sell them.
It has a belt loop and eight fabric compartments originally made for SD cards. Case Logic DMC-2 Digital Media Case http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/69......ase.html http://www.amazon.com/Case-Logic-Digital......0005LP0X

Thanks Gaddy. These hold up to Silver Eagle size. All my gaffs go in 'em.
They also make larger hard shell cases that are good for Okito boxes and other small stuff. I have several. Each contains a complete close-up set. They're only about 5" x 7" x 1 1/2" and easy to carry.

I've used a pocket watch holder, leather with a clip for your belt. Might want to look around for that, it works great for Dollar size coins and large silks.

I find the Jerry O'Connell coin caddy's excellent leather goods to carry coins for presentation purposes. They look sharp and work well for purpose, to protect my coins and keep them separate from other.

Yes, the O'Connell wallets are worth a look. Good prices, excellent quality. I have the Himber, and will have to take a look at the coin pouch and a couple of others that caught my eye <g>. Enjoy sharing your magic. cheaha bill

I use a cell phone case with some foam slipped inside. The foam can have slits cut in it for particular coins. The flip cover can be cut off for EZ'r access. The flip covers with clasping magnets also work as coin holdouts even if they are cut off. One ends up with this piece of material that magnetically sticks to the case in which coins or cards may be slid in between.

I use the CaseLogic SD card cases myself. You can also get them at http://www.caselogic.com for a low price. I bought all of mine at a Staples, which had them on sale for $2 each. I bought the lot they had at that time.
