I have in my magic box two datebooks/planners that I made. On each date is the name of a card, but the book only has maybe 7 cards listed - and I think the same card is on a different "day" of the week on each page.
Both datebooks are different, but obviously in the effect, the spectator only knows one datebook exists - but I can not for the life of me remember which trick it is or how to do it. I'm sure I have the instructions saved to my computer, but... I am at a loss. I think it was a trick that was part of a lecture. Does this sound familiar to anyone? gah... |

One datebook is even dates and one is odd dates and there seems to be the same 4 force cards (all spades) on each page

This sounds like a Bob Cassidy effect. Not sure of the exact title, but I am 95% sure it is the Cassidy effect. It is on His Mental Miracles DVD.
