Yeah, most can be done surrounded. Look for David Roth's version, or the version Ammar teaches on ETMMM vol 2. Or a great version is on Mike Close's Very Very close volume 3 video.

David Roth has another version where coins penetrate a "Doll House" table. And it's finale has the "Table" penetrating the table!! It's very Cool!!
