For $14.99, Thinkgeek.com sells an adjustable magnetic wristband.
This looks great to sl**ve anything shimmed or magnetic, coin-wise or otherwise, since it will hold virtually anything with steel content. You could also park the band in a back pocket for ditching. Lookie here: http://www.thinkgeek.com/gadgets/tools/9......agnogrip Cheers, Jerry |

Shawn Farquhar has a great one that he sells with his "Matrix Express" and "Photo Finish" that you can literally turn on and off with a twist. Not sure what it costs.

Great idea. You could buy some 1mm rare earth magnets and some 1 inch wide elastic and sew the magnets into a double layer of the elastic to make your own. That way it would be as strong as you want. Or you could incorporate them into your watch strap.

Like the idea of this tool at thinkgeek, but it really is a beast, isn't it? You'd have to wear some pretty loose clothing with a little structural integrity (ie, thicker material that holds its shape, as opposed to thin cotton) to hide it.
I bought an Elvis watch with a big fat leather strap last February specifically to hide REMs for the optional PK portion of Coinvexed. Goes with the big gaudy short sleeved black silk shirt with embroidered guitars I like to wear. However, I could never get the same power with it (maybe due to the thickness of the leather) that you'd get with an M5 or that new Loki gimmick. The thinner elastic band idea might be the way to go for sl*****g.
Now appearing nightly in my basement.

The on/off twisting action for the Farquhar thing sounds very useful. I think it is nice to be able to lose the magnetic force when it is unneeded.
