OK, this is a little weird to me, I saw this book in the used section and decided, why not, I will pick this up. I'm glad I did, so many great stuff in this book if you are a beginner or have interest, check out his cheap magic book. Lots of tips, not just on magic, but on how to perform tips on lots of stuff. I highly recommend it. The name is kind of out there but worth it.

The advice given in the book is sound and any magician should take it to heart. But I found many of the tricks rather lame. I mean, the 21 Card Trick?
Ciao for now, Erik

The 21 card trick is great for getting rid of persistent people. "show me a trick, show me a trick." Show them this and they won't ask to see another.

In Marlo Without Tears there is a version of the 21 Card Trick that totally kills. It's an old trick, but it can in fact be done in ways that are truly amazing. Best,

They just published a big book of Tarbell's serial lessons. It's about $75.00 but worth it.
If you can't find it P.M. me. |

I have the new Tarbell book, it looks great in my library. I think the way they have categorized the tricks helps a lot. But this is about another book that I think every beginner should look into. If you serious about this art then start with Card College One, I still enjoy the tricks it has in them.
