I've been looking around for awhile for any resources on this subject. Not necessary ideas for tricks, but also notes and tips on the subject. I have PK magic volumes I and II by Chuck Leach and the only thing I can seem to find on the subject is Brad Christian's (Ellusionist.com) pro notes.
I'm thinking about purchasing this because it appears to be the only material I can find. While I'm at it I'm curious if anyone has these notes and if they could give me a review of them. Any and all help on the subject will be appreciated. Thanks for your time guys, Brandon

Yeah, I'd also like to hear opinions from anyone who has the Ellusionist version. Penguin has the m5 for sale for about 78 dollars and Ellusionist has it for about 90 plus shipping.
Is the ellusionist forum and Brad's notes worth the extra money? |

Well Lithix, as you might have guessed I can't comment on the Ellusionist's boards, but I can for the Penguin boards. Overall it is one of the longer Penguin's Only boards I have. But it is mostly people complaining! I've posted several topics for uses and such, but to no avail it seemes to me there is a lack of communication on this product. As well as information tips and wisdom, especially to be as widely used as it is. - Brandon

It depends. Are you planning on using it all the time, or just occasionally? Depending on how much use you actually want to get out of it, then it's entirely up to you.
There have been some GREAT ideas for use that have been posted in those forums, and there have been stinkers. (You'll get that in almost every forum though) I myself, would say it's worth it, but marginally, only because I don't use it that much. For the person who is looking to converse with a lot of other people and tap into their creativity as well, then it might be worth it. David. |

You must understand that this item is very heavy and you occasionally get stuck to things with a loud noise. I decided not to use it and use IT instead.

Honestly, if the money isn't a problem then buy it. Its worth it for the laughs you give yourself by getting too close to something. As far as Brads notes. Not worth it at all. I can sum up what I got from it. Becarful and you will get caught. Treat it with respect. I wish I had ordered it from Penguin and saved some bucks.
