I went to Wendy's today and saw kid playing with 3 blue ghost Cups and a big yellow ball. I got a closer look and realized it came with his Kid's meal. I thought they were cool so I asked an employee if I can just buy the cups, she gave them to me free. They are cool because they are modeled after the Blue ghosts from Pac Man! Now, the ball that comes with it is a little too big and a little to hollow. But, if one were to have yellow balls to go with the set, I think it would be pretty cool. If you look at the pics, they obviously can't stack while nesting balls, in fact, they can't support a ball on top anyway. The ghost's face is a sticker which could possibly come off. I'll probably put packaging tape around the face so it doesn't come off.
It only comes with one big yellow ball, So I may pick up some more just to have an interesting final load. I'm thinking of maybe doing a video game styled c&b routine, then producing the ghosts which then produce the yellow balls. Any thoughts on that? http://pacman.com/en/wp-content/themes/P......x241.png |

Is the toy meant to be a three shell game or something? I think those look really cool.

Yeah. It is. But I'm not sure how effective of a three shell game you can perform with such a big ball in there. You would need different balls. Go get a set, maybe you can get it for free.

Thanks for the link.
Very nice and funny. Excellent for a themed presentation about one of the first video games compared to all the nearly too realistic stuff today. Oliver. |

Well, I went in and got a set. I just bought a kid's meal next to my own dinner, and asked for that specific toy. The staff was nice enough to peek in about fifteen bags before finding the set with the ghost cups.. Peek-A-Boo something.
The two holes on top of the cups made me nervous for just a second. Thankfully, the cups stay dark enough underneath that even the big yellow ball can't be seen through them. I'm thinking that it really can't be that hard to draw a Pac-Man face on a few yellow balls. It also seems like I just lost a little more esteem in my wife's eyes. Thanks for the tip! |

See what happens if you send your wife in for more Pac Man cups?
