Hello.
Hope this is the right forum... There are a lot of them.. Hoping for some insight into the material used to create the flap used in the original Dr.Q slates by Thayer. Were they made from metal or were they silicate? Any help would be appreciated as I have an opportunity to purchase a set and am uncertain about the above mentioned part. Thanks Casperrr |

Metal. If the paint is chipped, you can get blackboard paint in a spray; however, Krylon flat black spray paint has more silicate in it than their blackboard paint. Go figure.
