I am trying to locate an effect called "Hold the Line". It was manufactured in 1995 by Magical Wonders (England), so it is probably no longer being made or sold by dealers.
Here is a brief description that came with the instructions,
"Myles Sinclair presents HOLD THE LINE. A great new trick with a host of ideas and gags written by Terry Seabrooke. An attractive wallet that rings like a telephone when you open it. Perfect for revealing a prediction. The comedy ideas included will make this an essential part of your repertoire".
