I hate it when I pull up to a birthday party job, and the kids ask me if my MINI Cooper convertible was a clown car. I bought it to be a chick magnet.

BTW
When you go to Colon, Mi. be sure to try the Five Star Pizza next to the new FAB magic shop, and look for my picture on the wall in Curly's bar.

About a month ago I was teaching a Saturday morning CFA review course at UC Irvine. I drove into the (generally fairly empty) parking structure opposite the School of Business, parked on the third level, got out of my car, and started to grab my briefcase when a sedan parked next to me. The doors flew open and about 87 young girls all popped out, wearing identical uniforms - white blouse, black skirt, black knee socks, black shoes - and scurried off.

"Clown car," I thought, and walked to class.

(About 20 minutes I saw the throng scurry across campus en masse. Must've been a clown convention.)

That reminds me of the classic movie "Killer Clowns From Outer Space" they could kill you with a pie in the face. My kids, and I used to sit on the couch, eat pop corn, and watch movies like killer clowns, along with "Shakes the Clown" on a Saturday night when they were little.

Hey Al,

I worked the convention for Rick a few years ago, when he was in the original location. You were not there that year, but I saw your photo in the hotel lobby in Three Rivers. I'm looking forward to being in Colon again!

Everytime I hear Colon, I just giggle... Sorry. Smile

:rotf: No. I can't think of another explanation either.

That Motel in Three River had all sorts of unknown musicians on their wall, so I just figured, why not have an unknown juggler too. Curly's bar, FAB magic shop, and that Motel in Three River who's name I can't remember have my picture on their wall.
