I am looking to buy a copper Don Allan Chop Cup from RNT2. There are two finishes--polished and satin. Both will develop a patina. Any preferences, or does it simply come down to personal taste?
Thanks!

A polished cup should develop a more even patina however a satin cup should develop a patina quicker.
