Yes, another card revelation! This time it's visual and struck me by surprise.
There are a few photos, which add value to the ebook. The ebook was done on a black background with white and red text. No eye candy here, but it had enough information to get the point across well enough for me to understand. This is simple and takes a couple seconds of prep time and you're ready to go. The real value of this e-book came in the variations, for me anyway. I"m a fan of Mark Elsdon and his "Mind Blank", even though it has a very short description, is something I will use. I performed "Glimmer" as is and got a couple great reactions while I was out on the town. I'm not a huge fan of revealing a card at all. It's probably my least favorite thing to do when I do magic. The spectator actually gets a nice visual revelation, and Blindside785 likes him some visual magic! And is Blindside785 talking in the 3rd person...yes...yes he is. While this isn't groundbreaking I think it deserves it's place in the magic community. If you use it, which I will, you will see some real value. I don't expect it to replace any of my current routines but it sure is something I will want to play with more because I love how it works. Performing Glimmer was a blast and I have it ready whenever I feel the need to do a quick-trick. The handling is simple, in the reach of anyone, beginner or advanced. The skill required is very little. This is a short e-book so I don't feel the need to give this one a lengthy review. Enjoy. Happy Magic. |
