If it's all scams it doesn't matter anyway. |

Yeah, that thought had occurred to me about deducing from the number of cards dealt, particularly because of the omaha thing. still, that means that the software needs to get two scans of the deck, first to see the current order and then see the deck after the hands are dealt in order to tell you who got what. I'm just talking theoretically now because scam or no scam, that guys website with the broken english and the blatant reveal of the method immediately struck me as a con. Clearly the big store is alive and well and living in cyberspace, and google is the world's best roper. But it also strikes me that just being able to determine the number of cards in the deck automatically is a useful piece of information for game protection because it would let you know immediately that either people are playing light or that there are hand muckers in the game. That might be a useful and legit app for anybody to want to have on their phone, particularly if you could do it without marking the cards...

About the original link, this is where the guy has registered his domain name from:
Room 1109, 11th Floor Airport Road, NO 9, Baiyun District Guangzhou Guangdong,N/A CN Here's a shot from Google Earth. http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ie=UTF......t=k&z=19 My guess is the guy is using his work address, because it looks like that whole building complex is full of light manufacturing facilities, paper boxes, tiles, stationary, that kind of thing. Ok, I'm done pretending to be in the NSA for today.

It's called a "whois" search. you can find the web utility at networksolutions.com. All domain name registrations, so far as I know, are a matter of public record and searchable through the whois database
