Yesterday I met Larry Rich who was in town promoting The Jordan World Circus. He was telling a story about elephants so I asked If he knew Jim Z and he said he did and to tell you hello. I told him I was interested in sideshows and he said he had a Strange Thing in his van. It was one of Doug Higley's Mers. So it turns out to be a small world.

...and to slightly tighten the nebulous circle there were those days when I would 'track announce' the random Demo Derby in trade for some space for the little trailer grind show. (Nevada/California)

I had a good time talking to him but he was leaving town that afternoon. He did record a short grind tape for my Zibit. He has a great voice. Doug, would you PM your phone number, I'd like to talk to you.
